You agree not to use our services for unlawful activities or to distribute false/misleading job information.
All usage must comply with UK employment laws and GDPR.
OneWay Recruit provides outsourcing services but does not act as an Employment Agency under UK law.
We do not directly introduce or employ candidates; our role is supportive sourcing & processing.
We cannot guarantee specific hiring results or candidate suitability.
CVs and candidate information are based on third-party sources; we are not responsible for inaccuracies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to £50 per claim.
All prices exclude VAT.
Invoices are payable upon receipt unless otherwise agreed.
Late payments may result in service suspension and interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
We comply fully with UK GDPR, including:
Data minimization and transparency.
Lawful basis for processing candidate/employer data.
Secure data storage and handling.
Processes for candidate rights (access, erasure, portability).
We reserve the right to suspend/terminate services for breach of terms.
Upon termination, your data may be deleted, except where retention is required by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
